RIGID PLASTIC
Rigid profiles can be either single material types or co-extruded using a combination of rigid and flexible material types. The rigid profiles we extrude are commonly used in automotive, partitioning, glazing, display and roofing market sectors.
FLEXIBLE PLASTIC
We provide co-extrusion and triplex extrusion providing combinations of material types and colours. The Flexible plastic profiles that we extrude are commonly used for sealing systems or connecting sections between two components.
SOLID RUBBER
We can extrude single or co-extruded rubber profiles combining various material types and colours. We provide cording to reduce shrinkage and silicone application. The profiles we extrude in rubber are commonly used in glazing and curtain walling.
G2G Frameless Partitioning
The G2G glass dry joint range offers the ideal solution for internal frameless glass partitions, giving a professional finish every time. G2G provides a suitable alternative to wet joints in glass offering reduced installation time and onsite wastage.
Framed Partitioning
Reddiplex framed partitioning head and base profiles provide solutions for use in leading manufacturers framing sections. Single, offset and double glazing sections are available providing options to suit both design and cost restraints.

Standard Products
Progressively built up over a number of years from customer requirements and market trends we have developed standardised solutions that are compatible with a wide range of leading manufacturer’s processes and systems.
Our standard partitioning range includes single and double glazed head and base channels and an extensive range of slimline G2G dry joints for 10 & 12mm glass.
The Reddiplex range of glazing products includes wedge, flipper, bubble and E-Gaskets in TPR, TPE and EPDM.
Our pile products are manufactured from rigid polypropylene base which is molecularly bonded to a flexible multi-filament siliconised yarn.
Acoustic
We offer a range of acoustic products suitable for use in timber doors. The range has been acoustically tested to BS EN ISO 10140-2:2010 for acoustic performance and BS EN 1634-3:2004 for smoke characteristics.
